Looking for rental properties financing
Hi I am living in grand forks North Dakota. Is anyone know who is doing rental properties financing in grand forks North Dakota?
I already have 1 rental properties, looking to buy 1 more in grand forks.

I have a few rentals in Grand Forks and they are all financed through Gate City.
Have a bunch. key piece is are you doing it in your personal name or in an LLC with a commericial loan. Pros and cons to both but this drives the decision and recommendation. I have done both and have home in GF

currently I haveonly1 property under my name once I have more then 2 property I will definitely switch to llc.
Do you recommend any finance companies here to buy rental properties in grand forks? Is there any companies in grand forks or fargo?

I am in Grand Forks for work at the moment and will be here a few months. Do any of you have short term rentals available? I'm also open to buying here as it seems to be a good rental market.
