PA Estate in foreclosure for 55k, needs light rehab, mkt value 200k, need 75k asap

I need this quickly. There was a Medicaid lien that was placed on the property but finally got it removed. By that time the mortgage company swooped in. As administrator, I can purchase the property, fix and flip. It is a cleanup and light rehab.
