Offering private money financing to sell a house fast
I have a SFH that I own "subject to" in a low 45 Days on Market area. I can sell it fast, but I am looking at 4 months holding costs just to season it for an end buyer's lender. I would like to market my house for sale "with financing available" because it will sell fast in this market. What is the best way to find a private money investor to do this?
