UK Hard Money loans
Has anyone done a hard money loan from the UK? I know there is alot of scams going on and people promise things but I was told you could do a hard money loan and use a bond as collateral. I was wondering if anyone has used this before or done this before to do a hard money loan? Maybe someone from the UK could help me on this.
