Thx to bigger pocket i feel very educated in finding and analyzing properties. I bought a couple for myself and now that i am out of money, I was wondering what would be a fair split if i am going to start locating and buying properties where the partner i am bringing has the preaproval and the down payment and i will locate the deals and manage the managers. The partner investor will do nothing but bringing the money and the bank credit for loan. What would be a fair share for me to take?
