How to buy 2nd investment property!?
Hi everyone! I have come across an opportunity that I'm interested in but don't know how to make it work. My wife and I just bought our first rental property and have our own home we live in.
Here is the question we have....There is home that the owner is moving out of state that he currently uses as a rental property. It has a lease signed through May with good tenants. He's asking $118,000 for 3 bed 2 bath and just wants to get rid of it so he doesn't have to worry about it after he moves. It's a good opportunity but how do I find the money for the down payment??
