refinancing on a CD property advise process
Hello friends!
Currently working with a company on a refinancing on a property that we had under CD for about a year no money down. PP $118K appraisal $175K.
It`s been nightmare, either they don`t know what they are doing or it`s a regular process. Anybody went through this kind of process?
Any advice on other lenders that actually knows how to work with investors?
