Please explain your program for everyone here. Sounds great, but before people start to get into something they don't know or understand, it would be a good idea for you to fill us in.

What exactly does your program do? How does it work?

Example: REFINANCE

Customer A refinances his property for $100,000.00 (We use this figure to make the math simple).

The Loan Warrantee Program acts as a loan protector which costs 17% of the loan amount.

The Loan Warrantee Certificate matures in five (5) years to the amount of the original loan, which in this case, is $100,000.00.

Now Customer A pays his loan off in full, thereby owning his property free and clear!!!!

The LOAN WARRANTEE PROGRAM actually pays the entire loan off except for 60 monthly payments.

It looks like this……………………..
$100,000.00 the loan amount.

Subtract 17% of the loan amount =
$ -17,000.00 Cost of the Loan Warrantee Pgm

Leaving the Customer A with………...
$ 83,000.00 minus closing cost.

In Five (5) Years when the Loan Warrantee becomes due you receive a Check for $100,000 to pay off your Loan.

You, now, really do OWN your property not some Lender.

Wouldn't you like the opportunity to Own your Home without paying 3 to 4 times the value of it?????

Example on a loan of $200,000

5 yr Loan Warrantee (17%) fee is $34,000 and then in 5 years you will receive a check for $200,000.

OR

3 yr Loan Warrantee (25%) fee is $50,000 and then in 3 years you will receive a check for $200,000.

You can still do the program if you have less than 17% available to you.

In our $200,000 example, if you have only $25,000 to put into the program, in 3 years you would receive a check for $100,000.

That won't completely pay off the loan, however after your Warrantee comes to term, you are in a position to do the 25% of the full loan amount so that in 3 more years you would be able to pay off the loan.

The Loan Warrantee program can be utilized again and again for each property that you may have loan on.

Imagine the financial possibilities!

When you refinance using the example from above, the $200,000 is all yours since you completely own the property!

If you put 25% into the Loan Warrantee program, which in this example would be $50,000, that leaves you with (75%) $150,000 to buy more properties, pay the Loan Warrantee fee on other properties, or just do with as you wish!

In 3 years you receive a check for $200,000 and can start the process over again.

Just think what you could do with an extra $150,000 using this example every 3 years!

The program is real.
