Private or hard money lenders on Mobile home Parks
Hey BP Family I'm looking for a private or hard money lender that will lend on a mobile home park that is greatly undervalued. Most of the hard money lenders I know lend on residential and Multi family but I'm not sure if they will lend on Mobile home parks. The park is in Indiana (IN) and it appears to have very good potential as a fix and hold property. Currently it has a 10 Cap and it has 45 units that can be rehab and sold to increase the parks revenue. Thanks for all your help.
