Hi guys, I'm fairly new here this would be my first post. I would really appreciate if anyone could tell me what basic requirements you would need for an fha loan? As well as any tips on getting financed for your first income property. Like full time job for 2 years, credit, form of income etc...  Any answers would be greatly appreciated.
