@Howard Herrington As a quick comment, personally I don't think it's a good flip with the numbers posted. Using the standard 70% ARV formula, $340k * 70% less 100k rehab = $138k max purchase price.
@Howard Herrington , you have only a 50K spread, for closing costs, financing costs, real estate commission, and carrying costs. There is no profit left in this deal. In fact, you could easily lose money once you open up the walls.
