As a flipper, what are some tips to have a network of private lenders to fund deals for me? As a 50% - 50% JV?

@Arturo Borges post in the marketplace or look up all cash buyers through your county assessors office.

REIA meetings are a good place to start. But most lenders prefer to lend to who they know, so you may have some relationship building to do. Your best lenders are usually in your phone, meaning friends and family. Teach them how to utilize their Self-Directed IRA account.
You could also try attending Self-Directed IRA events to meet investors looking to lend capital.
