Anyone use American Heritage CU for HELOC?

Me and my wife both had homes then married and bought a new home together. We have 2 rentals but never actually bought a rental property. We don't carry much debt but also don't save much either. We apply any extra money each month to principal on rentals. We are now wanting to try to expand to a 3rd then eventually more. I have been searching online a while and found American heritage credit Union had some fixed rate HELOCs with pretty good rates. Does anyone here have experience with them? I browsed through a couple threads and saw some recommendations for Arizona bank and trust We are looking to get enough of a heloc to use as a down payment. We probably have 70k in equity thinking maybe 30-40k heloc Thanks in advance for any advice
