Germany (the country) Seller Financing

Hey Everyone!

It’s been a while since my last post where I wrote about tying the knot and trying to celebrate by getting another investment property...

Well, I have a couple problems on my hands that I'm sure some of you can relate to. I'm under contract for a fix-and-flip/rent working through a hard money loan on a Missouri property. ARV is currently coming up too low and might need to consider additional renovation scope. I'm also meeting with a neighbor next week in Germany to discuss buying his apartment off market.

I’m interested in both properties, but won’t be able to put up the downpayment for both. I think the neighbor might go for a seller finance structure, but I’m not sure if that’s possible/legal in Germany.

QUESTION: Does anyone have knowledge or experience with seller financing in Germany?

P.S. - I’m feeling very fortunate to have this kind of problem. :-)
