I am a new investor and I am interested in looking for ways to fund my first property. I would like to buy a property to flip it. I was thinking about using a hard money lender and using my personal line of credit to pay the interest from the hard money lender. And then pay everything back from the sale of the property. Has anyone ever used this strategy before and if so do you have any feedback?
Used it many times. Just another form of using OPM.
