Mobile home note taxes
Hello all, I’m a huge fan of the site, thank you all for everything you do!
I am getting started buying mobile homes (in parks) and selling them for payments. I want to account for all expenses so I’m trying to understand how I will handle this on my taxes. I have read that I should use a Form 1040, schedule D, is this the right time path? Will I be looking at a 15% rate?
