Hello we have a deal in NY looking for cash investor for 100k. Investor will get a return of 120k in 5-7 months.

Specs on deal

Acquisition 500k

Rehab 70k

Arv 775k

If you are interested and can wire funds our attorneys will contact you with all docs for JV and clear title. All paperwork will be clear via attoneys to protect all investors.
