Can I obtain a HELOC after completing a cash out refi?
Hey BP Community,
I hope this question can be easily answered! I'm currently in the process of starting a cash out refi on one of my duplexes. My question, is after completing the refi, is there a grace period or any restriction that would prevent me from obtaining a HELOC after the refi?
My goal is to use the HELOC to begin flipping distressed properties and/or holding to implement BRRR. Any information or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
