Looking for a CPA in New Jersey that specializes in investment properties?
@Patrick Rich - It's sometimes difficult to find a CPA who both specializes in real estate and is located close to you in New Jersey.
There are lots of good CPAs and Enrolled Agents on Bigger Pockets who work remotely and have clients all over the country. You can just reach out to them and determine which one fits your needs the best.
Some online directories like Accounting Match and the Xero Advisor Directory allow you to filter by state and industry so that could be a good starting point.

We do not have NJ accountants on this board, as far as I know, but check with @Nicholas Aiola who is technically based in NY but works with many NJ clients, too.
I would not recommend searching general directories like one person suggested earlier. They list general accountants, and real estate accounting is quite different from what most of them are used to. Investors need real estate specialists. You can find 20+ of us here on this board, and we all work with investors nationwide.
Thank you for your insight @Michael Plaks, I didn’t think that finding a investor friendly cpa within close proximity would be hard to find
