RE attorney - Michigan

My daughter lives in Michigan northeast of Detroit (Roseville). She owns 3 rental properties in the local area. She plans to acquire more over the next few years.

Because of her profession and as part of her asset protection plan, she is looking to put the rentals into LLC(s) and create a degree of anonymity. If there is anyone out there with this expertise or a recommendation, I would appreciate it. I will forward all information to her.

This needs to be sooner rather than later, as she wants to wrap this up by 6/30.

Thank you in advance.

Brian

@Brian Skeel

I’ve had really good luck with prime corporate services. Myself and the agents on the team use them. They’re on our resource list. If you mention me you get half price on Llc creation. For the record, I don’t get anything for this referral, they have just done a good convenient job for me and some clients and by far the best price.

Can Just avoid the upsell at the end for “business credit building” lol

I’ve worked with david.
