Looking for a CPA and/or Financial Advisor (must be a fiduciary)
Hi BP Community,
My wife and I hold W2 jobs. I also moonlight as a realtor (a few transactions a year nothing major).
We have a personal home in San Jose with an ADU and we hold out-of-state real estate investments in PA.
Lastly, my wife collects K1 Income from a family trust on a monthly basis.
We are looking for a new CPA and/or financial advisor. Does anyone have any recommendations? Let me know. Thanks.
There are a dozen plus tax advisors here. Select a few and speak to them. You will need someone familiar with state income tax laws for CA and PA.
I am a fee only financial planner & fiduciary. 100% independent. I'd be happy to talk more if you're interested. Check out www.greatergoodfinancial.com for an idea of how I work.
I'm in the process of transitioning my niche towards real estate investors as I recently bought my first short term rental property. I've been digging into the tax code behind real estate & have found my happy place :)
I don't mind sharing my CPA contact info. He is based in LA. I've been working him him since about 2014. Handles multiple businesses of mine and personal. Feel free to reach out if you still looking.
