Nevis for real estate equity stripping? Firsthand experience?
I'm looking at a plan through lawyers limited. Llc in Nevis puts a lien on property is the jist of it. Has anyone done this? How would I insure I wouldn't lose interest in the property?

I haven't heard anything about benefits for selling, just benefits from protection if sued.
