Which EIN for Property Manager?

I am providing my property manager a w-9 as part of onboarding. Do I use the EIN of my Wyoming holding company or the EIN for the individual property? We have a business structure set up where we will have one main holding company and individual EIN's for each property.

I agree with Ashish. The money should go to the entity that owns the property.
