deceased homeowner

 I have a question about one of the properties I am looking to pursue, The owner is deceased but the house is still in his name. his brother used to live there but let house go into pre-forclosure. How do I handle this situation.

There's got to be someone in charge, like admin of a probate estate, and sufficient equity to buy at a discount big enough for you to consider it a bargain.
