I will be meeting with a real estate lawyer for the first time sometime over the next few weeks.  He has a great reputation in the area and my property manager highly recommended him.

I have a few questions thought out already, but I would like to hear from more experienced investors as to what else I should ask.

-  How can he help me write up documents for owner financing?

- How would I work with him if I need him to review documents I have received?

- How would he help me draw up documents if I choose to get other investors involved?

- His advice/thoughts on the necessity of LLCs etc for asset protection - and along these lines, any plantiff attorneys he can put me in contact with to discuss further.

Thank you in advance for any feedback or additional thoughts.
