Renting from an LLC where I am a member
I am one of three members in an LLC that invests in rehabs, flips, and rental holds. Can I rent a unit from the LLC when I'm a member? I know that the IRS gets picky about using single member LLC's to avoid taxes. If I pay fair market rent, and the unit makes a profit for the company, I'm thinking that they should' care.
I'd appreciate any thoughts/advice......
