CPA with expertise in Self Directed IRA/LLC realestate

I'm looking to start a relationship with a CPA for initial consulting as well as yearly reporting to my custodian. The IRA will be used to for property flips. I'm in Oregon, but would be fine working with someone remotely. Thanks in advance.
