Investors in Lakeland Florida(Polk County)
I'm originally from Arizona but am in the process of obtaing my third property in Polk County( Preferably Lakeland). I know my local market but just want to build relationships in Polk County because I plan on moving there after Obtaining my next 3-6 properties. I'd like to know what areas to stay clear from, I plan on staying in the $75K-$100K price range.
