Signing Lease agreement BEFORE transferring to LLC

Quick question: I am buying my first rental, a Triplex with 2 units already rented out. This will be a 30 year Fannie Mae loan. I plan to transfer this loan to my LLC once it's sold to Fannie Mae. However I also want to have the tenants who are all on month to month leases sign a lease agreement with me as soon as I take over. My concern is I would need to have the lease agreement refer to me as the landlord and not the LLC. Once I transfer to the LLC would that not void the lease agreement that they had just signed?
