Looking for a CPA or lawyer to help me put together my LLC in LA

Hello Community,

If you have a recommendation for a good lawyer or CPA that could help me out with putting together my LLC I'd appreciate that. I'm going to be getting my GAP funding together from multiple people so I will need an LLC to clarify the profit distribution. Thanks!
