Mobile Home Deal (Questions about transfer of title)
Hello everyone, I am a newbie wholesaler and I found a good deal on a mobile home. I need help! ARV could potentially be upwards of 15k and I am locking it up for 5k. Doesn't need much work done, just a few new windows and some light cosmetic work. I am not worried about being able to find a buyer for the contract, however I do have some other concerns.
My first question is, do you still have to go through a title company with a mobile home? Or is it done through the DMV?
My other question is where do you find the legal description for a mobile home?
