Transferring property title from personal name to an llc
When transferring a property from my name to my LLC:
1. Ask mortgage company for permission
2. Get an RE attorney to handle the transaction/paperwork/file with the county
3. Have my tenants sign a new lease using LLC name
4. Sign a new management thecontract using the LLC name
What did i miss? Is #2 a super easy process I can do myself?
