Hello, I'm looking for Florida CPA recommendations, preferably the panhandle region. Ideally they would specialize in real estate, are knowledgeable around tax planning, retirement etc. and have experience dealing with American's based overseas.
Thanks!

@Calgary Smith Judd Jackson in Miramar Beach, FL is who I plan on using this year. I’ve heard good things about him and I spoke with him on the phone, he answered all of my questions above and beyond my expectations.

You may be required to report information regarding your foreign bank/brokerage accounts to the IRS. The penalties are severe if you have a requirement and do not report this information.
The great thing about Florida does not have a state income tax. Therefore, you should be in good hands so long as the tax professional is familiar with federal tax concepts in addition to the topics you suggested(RE, Tax planning, retirement).
You open yourself to more options if you are willing to work with an accountant remotely.
There are many qualified accountants/CPA's on this messageboard. We frequently provide value to the forum by answering questions and posting updates to the tax laws they relate to real estate. Feel free to message a couple for a consultation and choose an accountant that you feel connected with.
