Series LLC Guidance - NH

I bought 2 rental properties recently and I'm looking to set up an LLC. I've gotten the recommendation to set up a Series LLC, which I really like. However the two properties are in New Hampshire which doesn't recognize the Series LLC.

I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with setting up a Series in Delaware, Nevada, or Texas, but had property in another state (specifically one that doesn't recognize them)? Do you have any recommendations of how to go about this?

Hi Forrest I just set up a Texas Series LLC for 3 properties: AL, FL and VA. NH doesn't have to recognize the TX structure any more than they would a company formed in the UK. However you much register the TX entity in NH. That is fairly straightforward. The entire process is beyond what I can type here. PM me if you'd like specifics.
