Bookkeeping software advice

Good Wednesday everyone!

Looking for advice on bookkeeping software to support growth of my business. One that can work with different investment strategies, including (mainly) flips, buy & holds, and AirBnB properties. Hopefully the software would allow to connect and reconcile among different properties and investors, as well as allow for chart of accounts creation, asset allocation, 1099, link to bank accounts, and hopefully link to a receipt app that allows to import automatically images taken with my phone of those receipts.

Separate best app suggestions for receipt as well as mileage tracking that work well together and work well when being integrated with the bookkeeping/ accounting software are appreciated as well.

Any suggestions?

Have a good rest of the week Bigger Pockets family!

@Fernando Quintero I did not do a whole lot of comparison myself, but I personally use QuickBook Self Employed edition to track my RE LLC expenses. It links to my bank account for automatic transactions retrieval and categorization. I can use my mobile phone to snap the receipt and it can do an OCR and pretty good at associating the receipt image to the actual transaction. The mobile app also tracks mileages. When it's tax season, I just need to grant access to my CPA and my CPA can import all details for tax return preparation. QB SE is charged by monthly subscription.
