Need Legal Advisor/Coach/2nd Chair-California Real Estate Law

My Beloved BP Peeps:

Does anyone have a referral for a Paralegal, Attorney's Assistant, or Attorney versed in California Real Estate Law?

I need to finish up an eviction and start a Probate process.

In the future, an advisor that I can run scenarios by for an hourly fee.

I can do Elance, though I would prefer an individual that is referred by my learned brothers and sister investors.

Grateful for your braintrust,

Tevis
