Introduction: Moved back to Los Angeles looking to network

Dear BP,

I moved back to Los Angeles earlier this year after spending a decade out of state for medical training. Interesting fact--I actually bought my current house in Bellflower 100% remote (while currently still out of state) without ever seeing the property during the initial brief drop in March.

I'm a radiologist, love what I do, and acquired a good bit of capital thus far--a lot of moonlighting while in training :).

I've decided I shld get much deeper into real estate, and make medicine my secondary job. And so starting 1/1 I'm doing remote teleradiology in the evenings, working abt 26 wks for the yr (still pays 650k), dedicating the rest of the time to real estate.

I'm looking to network with local real estate professionals/investors/enthusiasts. I'm also looking for a good cpa.

Please dm me on here, or find me on LinkedIn https://www.linkedin.com/in/johnvumd and perhaps we can have a conversation :).

John
