Hello. My real estate attorney has retired. I am looking to build a relationship with a new one that can assist me with simple documents. The two main things I would use them for at this time are for drafting general warranty deeds for cash sales/purchases. Most likely using their escrow accounts to close cash transactions (as a middle man).  As well as for seller financing documents (deed, lien note, and deed of trust).
