Investor Friendly Realtor

I am looking to connect with a licensed realtor in Eastern Pennsylvania area that is looking to leverage their skills as an investor and grow a client business around helping investors find properties.  I prefer individual owns at least one investment property.  I am looking to help grow business and have a qualified realtor that I can send clients to and show how to generate their own clients within their market.

I can use agents in other parts of the country as well, right now PA is a must but not limited to.
