Looking for CPA in Madison/Milwaukee, WI

Hello all!

Looking to interview 3-5 CPAs in the Madison to Milwaukee areas to have as my tax professional.

Looking for a specialist that’s worked with Realtors and Investors for at least 5 years.

I currently am in my first year as a full time realtor, had some w2 income, started acquiring rental income from my first duplex, and my wife has a w-2 income as well. Really important for me to have someone skilled but also able and willing to explain the process to me and the “why’s” behind each decision.

I am looking to expand by at least 1 rental per year in the next 3 years.

Would love to see your recommendations with a testimonial of why they worked so well.
