- learn to talk to a seller better.

- Analyze owner situation.

- Make offer for Wholesale deal.

- (or) Set up appointment for retail listing.

You should be hungry, savvy, pleasant, analytical, influential

Face biggest fear, and talk to people particularly owners; sellers; leads.  

Compensation:

- commissioned based, part time gig, bonus on each deal

Were based in Jacksonville North Florida

Target market is Florida (and Ga)

We prospect for owner sellers.

We wholesale deals, fix and flip deals, and offer to list retail properties for sale
