Looking for lender on portfolio of properties in Euclid, OH
I have four properties in Euclid, Ohio, located within 1.5 miles of each other, that I need to get refinanced out of a land contract with a $53,500 balloon.
The properties have a nice cushoin of equity. Even with a loan of $100k, the LTV is 55% if we took the conservative $180,000 value. The estimated value is $180,000 to $200,000.
Three out of four of them have paying tenants. One is vacant. Income when fully rented is $2800. Any referrals to private or commercial lenders would be greatly appreciated.
