Looking for a Real Estate CPA

Hi Friends,

I’m from Buffalo, NY and I’m looking to work with a CPA who has a background in real estate. I’ve exhausted all of my contacts over the past two years while searching locally, but today it dawned on me ‘why not post on the site whose podcasts I listen to literally everyday day?’ Haha. I’m tech savvy and 100% willing to work remotely. This past year I flipped a house and utilized a 1031 exchange as well as bought a rental property while working full time. My current CPA does the same thing that I was doing myself using HR Block online but charges 10x as much. Definitely willing to pay good money for good help!
