Hello,
I am a commercial broker and new investor working out of the Denver area. I specialize in Multi-family apartments ranging from 4-50 units. I am contacting multi-family property owners daily looking for potential sellers. Off market deals are coming up all the time and love getting them to qualified buyers but I am now looking to take the big leap into multi-family investing myself.
I am new to multi-family investing and know that networking is everything in this business. I have not made the leap into multi-family investments yet but am ready to get one in 2022. This is my first post on Bigger Pockets, and I hope to be posting more about my journey and would love to hear about your first step into multi-family. Like how you found the property, and why you thought it would be a good deal, and what finally got you to take the jump into multi-family?
I am ready but still unsure, especially now with everything going on. I am a Bigger Pockets premium member and hope to connect with more like-minded people here and do some deals and make some friends.

@Mitchell Mazotti I've been working on something similar but on the money side. I'll reach out. I've been speaking with clients, etc about taking these down together.
