My compensation now isn’t as important to me, as I always seek to add more value to others than I gain. I believe my value with be proven with time.
Systems, checklists, people, connections, private money, time, and passion are a few key things that I have to offer.
30+ units acquisitions would be ideal, and involved in markets from the midwest to the south to the southeast, such as Kansas City, St. Louis, Oklahoma City, Dallas, Forth Worth, Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Memphis, New Orleans, Nashville, Atlanta, Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Charlotte, etc.
My background and few things I have to offer:
Licensed as a real estate agent in WA - I completed 16 transactions in my first 9 months and was mentored by Bellingham, WA’s #1 agent. I can learned quickly.
Licensed Home Inspector and Structural Pest Inspector in WA - I built my business (self-employed) to be rated in the top 3 on google within my first year.
Over a decade of experience in the trades (electric, framing, finish work, roofing, plumbing, re-models).
Built a small house (I did everything except the foundation).
My wife and I have a single family rental and also manage short term rentals.
I have related experience in real estate investing (all on the single family/ 2-4 unit scale) with cold calling, sending mailers, vetting properties for investors for subdivision and development, working with the city planning department & county for permits, and vetting/ analyzing properties for investors.
My integrity means more to me than money ever will - my last boss (from a solar company I was doing electrical work for) recently passed me a referral and told them I’m the most integrous person he knows. I was a W-2 under him for 2.5 years.
I’m a people person, a team person, and love numbers, systems, and checklists.
I’ve started 2 youth groups and have been a youth pastor for 4 out of the last 6 years, I’ve also served on staff and led worship at my church for the last few years.
I’ve got an amazing wife, two beautiful girls (2 and 4) and we recently moved to Ventura, CA, so I will be available remote.
