REI MF Modeling Consulting Role
I am currently looking to hire a consultant that is familiar with the Florida MF markets and has proficient experience with modeling value-add acquisition MF DCF models.
Consulting functions will include, but not limited to:
- Collaborate with syndicator on market leads; - Work with brokers to research and analyze market trends
- Create working real estate valuation models; - Create pitchbook for investors; - Drive due diligence towards closing
