I am an agent, investor, and Business Development Manager for a national property management company representing and located in the St. Louis, MO market. We manage over 11,000 units throughout the country, specifically single family homes and small multi-families up to 50 units. Also, do quite a bit of HOA management. Our national brand and local people allow us to have the scale, systems, and processes to manage 10's or 100's of thousands of units while also having local industry experts in each city we serve. We are also able to handle any and all construction/maintenance services in house, making the investment process and management truly hands off and passive, especially if not local to the market.
