1. Follow up on warm seller leads, talk to strangers ;build rapport, Give offers, book buy-call appointments, get signed agreements, generate your own leads too. 

 2. Work remote, be action oriented, hungry, independent, ability to start conversations, follow up on existing conversations

3. Experience required:  talking to strangers, ability to open up and start conversations, building rapport, teachable attitude.

4. wifi, lap top computer, cell phone,  

5. investor, wholesaler, realtor welcome.

6. Pay: knowledge, experience, and money on successful closed deal.

7. will sign a confidentiality/non compete agreement
