Knowledgeable about flips and real estate investing as well. Has a varied skillset that can serve you well.

@Jorge Herrera make sure you have a good lender in your pocket. There are fix and flip specific loans that can help you leverage your cash. As far as contractors, if you have a good one, please share. They are very hard to find.
