Looking for funding for new LLC
Hi all, I just set up my LLC and I am looking for the best way to get funding and raise capital to purchase my first rental property. Any and all ideas are welcome I am brand new to real estate and would like to be pointed in the right direction. Thank You!
@Junnell S Mclee - lenders will want to quote you on a property and will only fund on a property as collateral. There are some shady business lenders out there but it's a swampy realm. Find a property, call a lender and get a quote. If the numbers work, get it under contract. I have investment property lenders I work with for my portfolio. Connect with a handful of lenders and learn how they structure their loans. As far as the purchase, you'll want to find a deal and generally get it under contract before you get the lender involved.
